The poor blog just keeps getting more and more neglected. If my blog password wasn't something I can easily remember, I might not ever sign back in to post!
Being back in the 'real, working' world just doesn't leave a lot of time for it. Blogging isn't always on my mind when I get home from school. And considering the fact that we've got one learning to read, we are busy every night with our beginner books. That is a journey and another post for another time....

ave already gone by with this sweet child. She is an absolute joy---except when she's tired and whiny--you know the drill.
Warren wasn't able to see her the morning of her birthday; he is already hard at work by the time we leave for school. So, he made her little signs and put them all over the house. He wrote the words to the Happy Birthday song on them, and started with one in her room, then one on the kitchen counter by her bookbag, one on the laundry room door, and finally one on the door to the carport. She was thrilled that Daddy 'sang' Happy Birthday to her.

That night, we told her we'd take her to supper for her birthday. We let her choose the place, and she picked MugShots!! Not a bad choice if I do say so myself; we love MugShots!!!

It was a wonderful and bittersweet day all in one. Time seems to be getting away from me, and I worry that I'm not taking advantage of every moment I have with my sweet girls. That's something I definitely need to work on; they're growing too fast....
